Odette Debono

‘This is the book I had to write before I could move on.’

Born and still based in Newport, Odette Debono came to creative writing later in life. After leaving school, she went on to study at the University of South Wales, where she won the Tony Curtis Prize for Poetry and had poetry, fiction and nonfiction published in the university's annual anthology.

She later completed a Creative Writing MA at Cardiff University. White Sheep is Odette’s debut book.
